Cottage Pie
I made this delicious shepherds pie the other day and decided to share it!
What you'll need for the meat:
After de-thawing your meat, heat the grape seed oil (or oil of choice) in a pan, add the onion and carrots; cook until soft.

While those are cooking take your buffalo meat and spread it thinly on a plastic cutting board - using a sharp knife chop it well and season with garlic powder, pepperman and parsley.
Take meat and kneed it for 2-3 minutes, add more seasoning if desired.
Place in pan with onions and carrots and use a pacula to break up the meat.
Leave to simmer, turning the meat over occasionally, leave simmering until cooked.
Meanwhile, place a medium sized pot on the and follow the directions on the back of the Organic Mashed Potato box.

After the potatoes begin to form add 1.5 cups or more of soy milk until you reach desired 'fluffiness'.
Add pepperman, parsley, garlic powder, butter and crispy onions liberally.

After both are finished take a medium glass oven dish and place the meat in first layered evenly.
Then layer the potatoes on top.
With a fork whisk the top of the potatoes.

Place in oven for 30-35 minutes on 350 degrees.
Enjoy with a leafy green salad and you're all set
